History: 13 year old male with pain of the upper tibia after football (for 4months). Describe the pot in your own words

The official description of the pot The pot shows a tumour mass in the upper tibia extending onto the physis and extending through the cortex posteriorly. This correlates with the X-Ray appearence. There are areas of hemorrhage and cortical breakthrough. This indicates a high grade malignancy.
